Returns, Replacements & Warranty Information

At Cuddle Finds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. We strive to make the return process as easy as possible for you and your beloved pets. Please take a moment to read our updated refund policy below:

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for items purchased directly from Cuddle Finds. If you have purchased our products from a different website or physical storefront, kindly reach out to the respective retailer to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been scratched, chewed, or covered in fur. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Please note that original or additional shipping fees for defect-free items will not be refunded.

Refund Process

We process refunds promptly within 5 days of receiving the returned item. For added peace of mind, we recommend using a delivery confirmation service when returning items to us.

Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective upon opening, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form within 15 days of receiving the product. In many cases, defective items do not need to be returned for a refund.

Wrong Size

In the event that you have received an item in the wrong size, please place a new order for the correct size. You can return the incorrect item to us, and we will process the refund within 3 days of receiving it.

Our Mistake

Should we ever ship you an incorrect product, we will take responsibility and issue you a return label. Furthermore, we will re-ship your correct order at our expense.

Exchanges

We apologize, but we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order for the desired product, and we will refund the item you returned.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that some products are drop shipped and some products are actual inventory. We currently offer shipping within Canada and the USA only. In-stock products (my actual inventory) ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Dropshipping products usually ship within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Handmade items ship within 3 to 14 business days after the order is placed. The specific shipping time will be mentioned on the product page.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email within one hour of placing the order. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, especially on holidays or weekends, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Warranty

Cuddle Finds warrants to the original consumer that our products will be free of defects for a specific period (duration varies by product) from the date of purchase. The manufacturer's liability is limited to the replacement of the product, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

The warranty will be void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering, or any other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship.

If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, please email our office at hello@cuddlefinds.com to obtain a return authorization number. The authorization will require providing the original dated proof of purchase.

To initiate a warranty return, please provide us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Properly package the return items, as we are unable to issue credit for damaged merchandise. Once approved, we will issue the credit within 72 hours using the same payment method used for the order.

Please note that Cuddle Finds is not responsible for rips or tears discovered after the package is opened. Ensure that you include a copy of your original receipt and the return merchandise authorization number when sending returns to the address below:
